The journey also commences with a scenic flight to Lukla. We follow it by a trek through picturesque Sherpa villages and lush rhododendron forests. The trail leads trekkers to the stunning Gokyo Valley. It is renown for its emerald lakes, including the pristine Gokyo Lake. This trek mirrors the magnificent surrounding peaks. Ascending Gokyo Ri, a breathtaking viewpoint at an altitude of 5,357 meters. It offers panoramic vistas of Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, and Makalu, among other towering summits. This vantage point provides trekkers with an awe-inspiring glimpse into the grandeur of the Himalayas.
After relishing the beauty of the Gokyo Lakes region. The adventure also takes a thrilling turn with the ascent of Island Peak, also known as Imja Tse. Standing at an impressive altitude of 6,189 meters. Island Peak offers a challenging mountaineering experience that rewards climbers with unparalleled views from its summit. The climb includes traversing icy slopes, using fixed ropes, and navigating crevasses, demanding technical skills and physical endurance. Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu & transfer to the hotel
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, our representative will meet and welcome you to Nepal, then you will be transferred to the hotel. Once you finish the check-in procedure, you can rest and relax at the hotel. After a short rest, we take you on a brief tour of Thamel, the main tourist hub in Kathmandu, to make you familiar with some good restaurants, ATM’s, money changers, supermarket, gear shops, and other things you might need for your trip. After a short exploration you will be taken to our office for a trip briefing meeting. Overnight in hotel.
If your arrival is late today, this tour and trip briefing will be shifted to tomorrow.

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing tour
Tour Duration: 4 Hrs.
After having breakfast, we will proceed to the sightseeing tour.Pashupatinath Temple: A most famous Hindu temple devoted to Lord Shiva, located beside the Bagmati River. One of the most significant temples for Hindu devotees around the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The golden pagoda-style temple is richly carved with silver doors. On the day of Shivaratri, which falls in February or March, a large festival is held here.
Boudhanath Stupa: One of the biggest stupas in the world, located on the east side of Kathmandu. It stands with four pairs of eyes, one in each of the four prime directions, keeping watch for virtuous behavior and human success. King Mana Deva built this remarkable stupa on the advice of the Goddess Mani Jogini. The stupa reflects Mahayana Buddhist philosophy.
After returning from the tour, you have time to rest, prepare your gear, and so on. Overnight in hotel. -
Day 03: Kathmandu – Lukla (2860 m) – Phakding (2690M)
Flight Duration: 30 min.
Walking Duration: 3.5 Hrs.We take an early morning flight to Lukla, the gateway town to the Everest trek. Flying for about 30 minutes enjoying a spectacularly beautiful view of the middle hills and mountains of Nepal, we land at the airstrip of Lukla. Then we will meet our complete trekking crew at Lukla and proceed on our trek for the day towards Phakding. After a three and a half hour trek on a gradual downhill trail, we reach the small village of Phakding on the bank of the beautiful Dudh Koshi River. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3441 m):
Walking Duration: 5 Hrs.
Heading uphill, we enter into the Sagarmatha National Park after checking in at the counter. The park has a significant role in preserving biological diversity and rare flora and fauna. Crossing the bridge at the confluence of the glacial rivers, we again cross a high bridge. Gradually ascending, we reach the heart of the Khumbu region, Namche Bazaar, which is also known as the Sherpa capital. The striking views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Kongde Ri offer a pleasing smile. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 05: Rest and Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar
Walking Duration: 1.5 to 5 Hrs.
Today we get more familiar with this mysterious mountain market place. We set out for an acclimatizing hike around the Namche Bazaar, to the top of Namche, and a visit to the Sherpa Museum. Take out your camera lenses to capture the breathtaking panoramas of Ama Dablam, Tawoche, Everest, Kantega, Thamserku and the surrounding peaks, and we hike up the Syangboche Airport (Old Airport) around Everest View Hotel. We drink tea/coffee at the Everest View Hotel.
From this point, we can see rewarding views of the Himalayas with a stunning sunset and sunrise over the panorama of Khumbu peaks. If you are not too tired, we can visit the biggest Sherpa village in the Everest region, the Khumjung village where the Hillary school sits, nearby Khunde, then back to Namche Bazaar. Day 06: Namche – Dole (4038 m)
Walking Duration: 6 Hrs.
We trek to Dole today after breakfast at our Lodge at Namche. About six hours of walk through a pine and rhododendron forested area via Tengboche takes us to Dole. On the way, we will stop at Tengboche for an exploration of the monastery and surrounding area. During our trek, we will be able to enjoy a view of the fascinating mountain vistas, the serene forest, and the cultural and spiritual vibrations. When we reach Dole, we check into a Tea house and relax. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 07: Dole – Machhermo (4470M)
Walking Duration: 4.5 Hrs.
The walk today to Machhermo brings us some magnificent views of the Himalayan peaks of Thamserku, Kangtenga, Cho Oyu, Tawache, etc. A comparatively short walk of about four hours takes us to Machhermo, which is situated north of Dole and south of Gokyo. We will reach Machhermo in the early afternoon, leaving us plenty of time to enjoy the magical beauty of the place and explore around. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 08: Machhermo – Gokyo (4750 m):
Walking Duration: 4.5 Hrs.
The trek for today takes us to a wonderful place called Gokyo. The first section of the trek takes us on an uphill walk along a ridge as we enjoy the Himalayan view. Our walk also passes through a glacial moraine, passing the holy lake before reaching beautiful Gokyo village on the bank of a serene lake. You soon arrive at the second lake, crossing the path that heads across the glacier. We will have some time in the afternoon to explore around the village. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 09: Gokyo – Gokyori (5483 m) – Thaknak (4700 m):
Walking Duration: 5 Hrs.
We take an early morning hike up to Gokyo Ri at the elevation of 5483 meters above sea level. There are stunning views of the super Gokyo Valley, the massive Ngozumpa Glacier and an incredible panorama of the whole Khumbu Himalayas. The giants Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu (8481 m), Cho Oyu (8153 m) and Gychung Kang (7922 m) can be seen. Those who explore the glacier and Gokyo peak are rewarded. We go back to Gokyo Lake and trek to Thaknak via the third lake. The walk takes us past glacial moraine, and shortly thereafter to our destination.Overnight at local lodge.

Day 10: Thaknak – Cho La (5420 m) – Dzongla (4800 m):
Walking Duration: 9 Hrs.
Now we ascend slightly along the valley towards Cho La pass. The Cho La pass is most of the time covered with blue ice.. The trail is narrow and sometimes stones fall down, so we have to be careful. Here you can also enjoy Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Lobuche peak, and several other beautiful sights. From here, the trail descends steeply then descends slightly all the way to Dzongla. This is probably the hardest day of the trek. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 11: Dzongla – Lobuche (4910 m) – Gorakshep(5130m)
Walking Duration: 5.5 Hrs.
After breakfast, we start our hike. We pass by stone memorials for climbers who have perished on nearby summits. The trail offers you a panoramic view of the mountains along the way. We continue to climb as we head to the altitude of 4910 m at Lobuche. Some breathing problems may arise today due to the altitude. We trek to Lobuche for lunch, then continue to Gorakshep. Not as much ups and downs as the other day, but still difficult because of the altitude. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 12: Gorakshep (5130m)– Everest Base Camp (5364 m) – Gorakshep:
Walking Duration: 6 Hrs.
We proceed towards Everest Base Camp. We walk to the epic base of the highest mountain in the world. We go to the new base camp of Everest, which is different than the old one where Hillary and Tenzing camped before starting on their adventure journey towards the summit of the highest peak in the world. After spending some quality time at the base camp, from where we can inhale fresh air from the stunning mountains of Pumori, Khumbutse, and Nuptse, we start our way back to Gorakshep. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 13: Gorakshep – Kala Patthar (5545 m) – Dingboche (4410 m):
Walking Duration: 7 Hrs.
We go for an early morning hike up to the stunning viewpoint of Kala Patthar, which provides excellent panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks right in front of us. We get to enjoy a stunning sunrise over the Himalayas. Later, we descend to Gorakshep and have our breakfast. We proceed on the trek for the day on the way back down to Dingboche. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 14: Dingboche – Chhukung (4730 m):
Walking Duration: 2.5 Hrs.
We start early morning after breakfast. It’s a short walking day. Traversing the scenic trail overlooking the enigmatic Island Peak, we eventually reach Chhukung. We will have a trip to Chhukung Valley via the Imja Khola Valley to get a marvelous view of the surrounding mountains, especially Lhotse’s massive south wall. It is a short walk; after lunch we just explore around. At Chhukung, we get ourselves ready, double-checking our equipment for our Island summit attempt. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 15: Chhukung – Island Peak Base Camp (5200 m):
Walking Duration: 4 Hrs.
The walk to the base camp of Island Peak today takes us along the Lhotse glacial moraine. Although it’s a short walk, we go through a diverse range of terrain with beautiful scenic views along the glacial moraine and river valley. After traversing the beautiful winding trail, we eventually reach the base of Island Peak to spend our night there. After reaching the base camp, we have our lunch and pre-climbing training. We will talk about the climbing techniques and the use of climbing equipment. On the group adventure, we will feel motivated by each other’s expectations, skills, and determination. Overnight in Camp.

Day 16: Base Camp – Summit (6189 m) – Chhukung:
Walking Duration: 8–10 Hrs.
The day for us starts really early today, shortly after midnight. The big day to climb Island Peak, also known as Imja Tse, has come. We are going to set our feet on the path that a Swiss climbing team successfully in the year 1953. We begin our climb along a sandy trail, then proceed ahead on a grassy trail before we meet the trail filled with boulders. We tirelessly keep our spirits high and our effort up to go higher toward the stunning summit. As we move higher ahead we feel the narrowing of the mountain trail before it turns completely into a snowy ridgeline, then leads us to the summit glacier. The glacier part is the trickiest part of the climb as it has several crevasses. We need to be roped up to walk along the glacier towards the summit. After the ropes are set, we begin our walk on the final section towards the summit. Eventually, after the strenuous effort and dogged will power. We celebrate the achievement of the peak, enjoy some quality time at the peak and take pictures before making our way down towards the base camp. We trek back to Chhukung. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 17: Contingency Day
This is our extra day for the trip, a contingency day. If you are tired, or in case of bad weather or any other unfavorable circumstance, we may need this day to get the situation in our favor. Whether or not to use this day depends on how much circumstances favor us on this adventure.

Day 18: Chhukung – Tengboche (3860 m)
Walking Duration: 6 Hrs
Today we trek to tantalizing Tengboche village. We start the trek early from Chhukung village, leaving the massive Island peak behind us. The wonderful adventure gives us the fuel to walk happily to Tengboche. We walk past beautiful Pangboche village, where we had a nice time exploring the monastery while heading towards the base camp. We reach Tengboche village after about 6Hrs of trekking journey for another incredible view. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 19: Tengboche– Monjo (2835 m):
Walking Duration: 8 Hrs.
We walk down to Namche Baazar after breakfast. Descending through the pine forest towards Namche Bazaar, we enjoy one last view of the highest peak in the world. Although Mt. Everest hides from our view, there are several other magnificent mountain peaks to overwhelm us. We walk past Namche Bazaar and head further down to Monjo. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 20: Monjo – Lukla (2840 m):
Walking Duration: 4 Hrs.
We are going to complete the round trip to Lukla today. Traversing the trail down towards the Dudh Koshi River and walking alongside it, we eventually reach Lukla, trekking past Phakding and several other beautiful places. Once we reach Lukla, we say thank you and goodbye to our amazing crew members who made a wonderfully successful trip possible. Whatever we do is not enough to express our gratitude towards them but we are highly thankful to them. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 21: Lukla – Kathmandu (1300 m):
Flight Duration: 30 min.
We take another beautiful morning flight back to Kathmandu by a fixed-winged aircraft. Saying a heartfelt goodbye to the majestic mountains after so many days of wonderful moments amongst them is quite difficult but we have to do it anyway. We finally land at Kathmandu airport to feel the city air after so many days of wonderful, fresh mountain air. We are transferred to our hotel and left on our own to enjoy and relax. Overnight in hotel.

Day 22: Love Kathmandu Tour (Hidden places in Kathmandu and Durbar Square):
Today we take a walking tour of the local area to experience the historical, cultural, and spiritual riches of Kathmandu. We unveil the social and historical mysteries, see the artistic heritage and traditional crafts, and capture shots of the centuries-old monuments. You will discover some of the city’s hidden places on this sightseeing tour. We explore the local market of Ason, glass bead market at Indrachowk, the oldest supermarket at New Road, Kilagal, the Hidden Stupa, etc. Then we walk to Kathmandu Durbar Square. The most unique experience in the square is a visit to the temple of the living goddess “Kumari”. Durbar Square walking tour is a perfect mixture of the culture, history, art, architecture, and traditional values prevalent in the Kathmandu Valley.
When we finish sightseeing, you can return to the hotel by walking, or you can hire a rickshaw if you want to experience a ride in the 3-wheeled bicycle famous in Thamel and Kathmandu Durbar Square area. After reaching the hotel, you can rest a while and engage yourself in packing your luggage to get ready for the next day’s final departure. Overnight in hotel.

Day 23: Departure Day
You will have your breakfast at the hotel. As per your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the international airport of Kathmandu 3 hours prior to the flight time and your tour ends here.
